"Fried-Chicken" For Supper!

Cooking is one of my hobby and my passion. Whenever I get free time I use to cook, I have no problem with vegan or non-vegan cuisines. I love cooking, and believe me Sunday evenings are my favourite time to sharpen my skills. I am a foodie and lazy person, and Sunday evening is a lethal time for this, ha-ha. Today I am preparing “Fried Chicken”, why? Because it is one of favourite cookery item and it doesn’t take much time to cook. Okay! Without wasting much time let me tell you the procedure and about the ingredients.
Ingredients
·         1 egg.
·         3 cups of milk.
·         3 cup fine breadcrumbs and some flour.
·         Salt according to the taste.
·         1 tsp. Garlic powder.
·         1 tsp paprika.
·         4 tsp. Black pepper.
·         Cooking oil
·         Fry chicken near about 700 grams cut in small pieces.
·         2 tsp. Red chilli powder
·         Crushed onions and some coriander leaves for garnishing.
Procedure
1.      Prepare the batter using milk and egg.
2.      Combine some flour, breadcrumbs and seasonings (salt, paprika, pepper etc.)  in another bowl.
3.      Dip each chicken piece, first into the flour mixture and into the batter and again into the flour.
4.      Let the oil to warm completely, the fryer should be big enough to gather many chicken pieces at one time.
5.      Remove the chicken pieces after getting the golden brown colour from the pan/fryer.
6.      After removing the chicken from the pan, put it on a tissue paper to soak excess oil from it.

Use some lemon slices, small onion slices and tomato ketchup while serving. It is enough for 4 people of a family. Also use enough coriander leaves while serving to make it more beautiful. Preparing fried chicken at home has so many benefits. You control the quality and you use the fresh ingredients. It’s a sure-fire winner for a mealtime and one of the most cooked items for a party all over the world. Enjoy this meal with lemonade, you will love the combination. Please try this at your home; you will love this delicious meal. I hope you have enjoyed reading my delicious article.

Apple Pay is the "Future" for Online Payments?

Apple is the one of the most famous brand in the mobile phone industry. The look, the design, the touch sensitivity, the features of Apple are awesome, they are way ahead than Android. Apple is a status symbol and everybody wants to purchase it, but here we are going to talk about an extremely first-class service which Apple provides to its customers-Apple Pay.

Apple Pay is the latest innovation of the company, it is a service by which we can buy a number of products online. Company’s new electronic payment system, is an innovation of the highest level. A number of critics have agreed that Apple pay is the future of electronic payments. But the company needs to understand that if they want a global success they need to clear some big hurdles, right now it is available in iPhone 6 and iPhone 6+. The best thing I like about Apple Pay is that we need to use our fingerprint to validate a purchase on our cell phones, which will be the future of payments for goods and service. Once again Apple has shown its vision for the future.

The big difference between Apple Pay and Google Wallet is that, it is user concentric. It is not considered for the credit card companies or retailers. It is designed to make it easier for the customers, which is better than cash, cards. The card payment systems are simple to use, but they are not as easy as Apple Pay. Payment via cards requires multiple steps, where you swipe and type. Sometimes we require to hit multiple check boxes on multiple screens with an electronic pen. It’s a headache, and there’s nothing more annoying than waiting for a transaction in front of your mobile/laptop screen. But in Apple Pay, you touch your iPhone to the terminal, brush the home button with thumb and your work is done. The security provided by Apple is really good; there is no scope where we can face a deception, where we don’t need to worry at all regarding money. Many people may say Apple Pay will fail because Google Wallet failed, they failed because they tried to replace some existing parts of another system. While Apple has smartly partnered with the credit card companies and provided solutions for merchants in their pockets, making it value add, not a replacement.

A Must Visit Place, Mcleodganj !

It is a Saturday evening and I want to tell you something today. Let us talk about some relaxation and change your mood. Last Saturday, I got a chance to visit a place. I have visited this place many times before, but believe me; I find it very new, like I have never been here before. The place I am talking about is Mcleodganj, Dharamshala. Well, it is one of the most visited places of Himachal Pradesh but I am going to describe Dharamshala in a different manner. You will love the way I will describe this place. Dharamshala is the head quarter of Kangra, but has a big tourist value too.
The place was astonished and damn beautiful; the way to Mcleodganj surrounded by fog. Fog in the mountains is the sexiest thing you can ever imagine. The big mountains cover with fog is one of the best view anyone can get, which is a dream of any photographer, to capture these breathtaking views. The Dhauladhar is one of the most watchable mountain range in the world. These mountains covered with heavy snow always, and there is a slight chill in the atmosphere even in the summers. Well, you have to experience this place once in your lifetime.
The St. Xavier church is the first place, which must visit while travelling to Mcleodganj; it is nearly 120 years old. This is the only place, where you will find enough road space where you can park your car and without any damage or harm, you will surely find it on the same place. Mcleodganj is famous for the Tibetan Buddhist Monastery; it is a serene place, where you will hear the chants of Lamas. It is also a crowded place where you will catch so many foreigners, Indians and Tibetans, but believe me this place is worse from the point of view of a driver, crowded and broken roads, and a huge risk of accident.
From Mcleodganj, there is a place called as “BhagsuNag” this place is a Hindu pilgrimage, where you will find clear water, this place has a historical importance, which you will know when you visit it. Deodar trees surround this holy place.

This trip was a memorable one, but I wish some social problems and inconvenience could be solved as soon as possible. Overall, do visit this place you will love the serenity, peace and genuine nature of the people here. Yes, please do taste hot momos and thupka to conclude your trip. A must visit place before you die! I can say proudly say that. Hope you have liked my article.

The NaMO Story- Part1

Okay! How should I start this article, I really don’t know, my way may not be appropriate, or you may say I could do better. On 17th, our Prime minister has completed 64 years of his life. A person who belongs to a poor backward family, who spent his so many days selling tea in railway coaches. A person who worked really hard and cashed every opportunity whichever he got. Right now he’s PM of our nation and perhaps the most popular leader of the present era. He was CM for 13 years of Gujarat, a state which was in debt up to 2001 and right now which is the most prosperous state of our nation.
As I told you he belongs to a poor family, his father use to sell tea at Vadnagar railway station, when he (Modi) was 12 years old he use to help his father in the lunch time. He was an all rounder student in his school, excellent in studies, a good orator, and a good actor. He use to represent his school in many district level declamation competitions. He left his home at the age of 17 years, making a prophecy right by a saint that he will be a politician or he will be a saint in his lifetime. He returned to his home at the age of 19 again. He was associated with Rastriya Swayamsewak Sangh (RSS) since his school time, RSS gave him discipline, punctuality for his lifetime and he got the feeling of patriotism from there. Narendra Modi has a big impact of Swami Vivekananda on his life; Modi ji considers Swami Vivekananda as his role model. He believes in “Karma Yoga”, “Karma yoga” teaches the role of work/karma in the life of man, it also teaches the non necessity to think about the result of any work.
Being a Gujarati he knows how to do business with things, even with those things which are useless. I have read many examples on internet and told by many Guajarati’s that he knows how to do the things. Since October 2013, I am observing him and his moves very closely, and from my experience I can assure NaMo will change the perspective of our nation towards the world. His focus is only and only on development. Job-creation, inflation is on his main agenda.
“Saugandh Mujhe Is Mitti Ki Main Desh Nahi Mitne Doonga”
It’s been 120 days since he sworn in as 16th PM of our nation. He is doing his work with complete dedication. I hope his hard work and will power, will pay him. I hope our economy will revive and inflation, unemployment will disappear as soon as possible. He is trying to end the barriers between various departments of our system such as environment, aviation, road etc. He got a warm welcome in Japan, which is going to invest in bullet train corridor from Mumbai to Ahmadabad. Japan is a developed nation and that nation is going to invest more in our economy, which will be a big boost in our nation.

It’s a series about NaMo, and his moves. I hope you enjoyed it reading. Visit for more!

HINDI-OUR PRIDE !

14 September, every year we celebrates this date as Hindi Diwas. On this day in 1949 the Constituent Assembly of India had adopted Hindi written in Devnagari script as the Official Language of the Union. Hindi Diwas is celebrated all through the India to show the importance of Hindi language in the country. The Hindi language in India has a long history, and it is the language spoken as a mother tongue and known as the 5th largest language of the world.
This language is the proud of numerous citizens. From J&K to Kerala, From Gujarat to Arunanchal it’s a thing to have pride and honour. Majority of citizens in India especially in Himachal, Punjab, Haryana, Maharashtra, U.P., M.P, Bihar, Delhi, and Rajasthan uses Hindi language to communicate with other people. This language is termed as the most stable language in the world because it is originated from Sanskrit and it has the fixed and complete grammar. Whatever rules and norms were used 5000 years ago are still used in 2014, what I mean to say the language which has a stable and fixed grammar, is considered as the best language.
But I have something in my heart which I want to share with you readers. Today, our country is facing a serious situation with Hindi language. Majority of people feels shame which is seen in metropolitan cities. When I was in college I always observed that many people use to give priority to English than Hindi. They feel shame when they had to speak in Hindi. Some people have made a new language “Hinglish” a combination of both languages for their comfort which is a mixer of both, which is wrong. I am not against English but I support Hindi too much. I feel comfortable in Hindi, I express my views better in it so why I need to make myself a victim of a foreign language. A language whose grammar isn’t fixed and which changes every time.

People in our country whose native language isn’t Hindi, speaks English or their local language. It’s good they respect their local languages but they should not protest when government of India tries to make Hindi as official language of the country. It makes me sad when they protest on this issue, it’s a matter to have honour but they start an unnecessary debate against the central government. Hindi is our pride why we make such statements which hurts sentiments of “Hindi lovers”.
We should keep in mind if we want to do development of our intellect, knowledge and country. We can’t do development on the support of a foreign language; we can develop with the support of our native language. Take example of every developed nation whether it’s Japan, China, Russia, France, Germany etc. they developed their nation with the help of their education and their education is based upon their native language not on English. So if India wants to be a super power we have to start our education, our judiciary system, our executive everything in Hindi. It will be helpful to many people to understand science, literature etc. in their own language.

I hope we won’t celebrate Hindi Diwas as a day, but we celebrate it as a day of honour and pride!!

TEACHER'S DAY

Today India is celebrating Teacher’s Day, it’s 5th September. But why do we celebrate this day, I mean is it necessary or is it a liability? No, it’s a day when we honour our teachers who have sacrificed a lot in their life and provided us a foundation of knowledge, on which we make a building of future. It’s a day when we say “Thanks” to our teachers/gurus/guardians who have given us a ocean of knowledge.
Also on this day our first Vice-President and second president Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan was born, he was a brilliant teacher, mathematician and a noble person. He dedicated his entire life for the welfare of students and he devoted his life to improve the level of education of students.
His father did not want him to learn English or go to school. Instead he wanted him to become a priest. Later his father agreed to send him to a school in Tiruttani itself. He was a brilliant student and went through most of his education on scholarships. He was so popular among his students that when he was leaving to join as a professor in Calcutta he was taken all the way from the Mysore University to the Railway Station in a flower decked carriage pulled by his students!
He was a great person and our teachers too. The first teacher of any child is his/her mother, who sacrificed her life and her comforts just to care her child. A child learns so much from his/her mother, including speaking, walking, cultural values, sacraments etc. So it’s a day to honour our mothers too.
I seriously respected my teachers all my life. Yeah! There may be some exceptions but those exceptions are really rare. I have encountered many good teachers, some teachers nourishment me, some teachers punished me and some made an irremovable image in my mind. Every teacher gave me something which I will hold throughout my life, their dedication, knowledge and affection will always remind me of their presence.
Now today one another incident occurred, which was incredible and which never occurred before. Prime minister of our country, Mr. Narendra Modi addressed or interacted with students throughout the nation. It was one of the kind initiatives which no previous prime minister has done. Students from Leh, Imphal, Gujarat, Chhattisgarh etc. asked questions to our prime minister. Near about 1000 people were present in the Manekshaw Auditorium. As per their views they were feeling like a friend was interacting with them. And as per a viewer it was very interesting thing to know for me that he was very extrovert and frank with all those children. He gave many advices to those students and remembered Dr. Radhakrishnan too. Well I can only say at the end those children should follow Modi ji’s advice and they should respect their elders and teacher to grow as a strong and responsible citizen. Well now I have to end my article here, hope you have enjoyed it reading!

Jan-Dhan Yojana

28/08/2014, ThursdayToday our Prime Minister launched a scheme termed as “Jan-Dhan”. As the name suggest it means everyone has the right to have money in his pocket, this scheme is basically focussed on the welfare of poor and needy people who can’t afford easy life, who don’t have good financial conditions, who struggles  with the daily life for small-small needs, who wants a good and respectable life but they don’t get. This scheme will be beneficial for them and this will help them to do a fresh start. A poor person can imagine comfort, good food, good health care etc. only in his dreams, but after implementation of this scheme in grass root level every poor person will observe a change in his life. This initiative by Mr. Narendra Modi will do a great change in the life of millions of millions poor people.A tea vendor, a vegetable vendor, a newspaper seller, a waiter, a sweeper, a ice cream seller and many other persons, who does small scale work or labour deserves  a respectable and comfortable life but they don’t have it. They try too much in their life to change their financial conditions, but they are not successful in doing this. I hope this scheme will make them self dependent and I hope poor class of our country will stand up for their betterment. In this scheme, Govt. Have a target to provide free bank account for two persons of every poor family. They says they are going to enroll 7.5 crores poor family, it means near about 15 crores will get direct benefit from this. All the enrolled people will get benefit of Govt. Subsidies directly into their accounts. Whenever any Govt. starts a scheme or an initiative to change lives of poor, the benefit is never reached towards those poor due to a big corrupt chain of politicians, bureaucrats etc. But after this scheme I believe the poor will get their right, and in term of emergency they will get loan from the Govt directly means no roll of money lenders and intermediates. Govt to poor JNow I want to discuss the benefits of this scheme. The Govt of India will enroll people within few minutes without any form problems, attestations etc. using Aadhar card, Driving license, Ration cards etc. if they don’t have these, they required only one letter from Sarpanch (head of a village) or pradhan (head of all wards). After opening account they will get a Ru-Pay atm card and a health insurance of one lac rupees through it. A rich person or a person from middle class background can afford a health insurance, if they face a physical problem, they can consult any hospital - any doctor but a poor can’t get this attention throughout his life. Now he will feel secure in this department, he will get proper medical care and with full expenses, doctors will take care of them. This scheme will open new banks for a population of 2000 in a village. The villagers won’t need to run to city for their benefits, in short they won’t need to suffer anymore. Banks will run towards them. The woman of the family will get a credit card, which they can use when they have urgency. Today many records were created and many were broken 1.5 crore account were opened and never in the history of insurance sector 1.5 crore person were given accidental insurance in a day. This step will include all the poor people in the mainstream of nation’s development. I wish this scheme will help to eradicate poverty of poor people and help their life to move ahead towards betterment. They will check their bank account by just dialling *99# and they can check it from top to bottom, really it’s a great step to eradicate poverty, and I hope the depth between poor and rich will be filled by it.
